I am a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience. I hold a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales and was admitted to the Supreme Court Roll of Solicitors New South Wales in 2017. I am also a registered Tax Agent.
Prior to founding Taxwell Advisory, I spent over a decade as a Chartered Accountant within government law enforcement agencies, specialising in financial crime investigations. My work focused on uncovering sophisticated money laundering arrangements involving complex asset structures including trusts, SMSFs, and companies. This has given me a rare, deep understanding of how these structures operate, and are viewed and tested in the real world regulatory environments.
Alongside my professional career, I have built a property portfolio of 11 properties with my husband over the past decade. As an active property investor, I understand the complexities, opportunities and structuring decisions that come with building a portfolio. This first-hand experience, combined with my technical expertise, allows me to provide advice grounded in both professional knowledge and real-world understanding.
